What is inside

One sheet, one row per month. You enter gross sales, refunds, materials, labor and selling fees. The workbook works out:

• Net sales: gross sales minus refunds.
• Profit: net sales minus materials, labor and selling fees.
• Margin: profit divided by net sales.

The samples are three example months. In the first, ₱15,000 in gross sales and ₱500 in refunds leave ₱14,500 in net sales and ₱6,400 in profit. Rows 6 to 8 hold three sample months. Add your own months in rows 9 to 25. Clear the samples before you rely on the totals.

Who it is for

Microshop owners who want one look at the month, not a full accounting system. Enter one month per row and watch the margin move. Rent, taxes and other costs are not in the model. Add them to an existing cost column, or extend the sheet, before treating the result as full business profit.

How is it different from the channel fee workbook?

The channel fee check compares one item across sales channels. This scorecard totals a whole month.
