What you get
One original .xlsx workbook and a README guide in a ZIP file. Sample entries show how it works; replace the amber cells with your own information.
What it helps with
See profit after editable selling fees on each channel.
What is inside
One sheet, one row per sales channel. You enter the selling price, your item cost, the fee rate and any fixed fee. The workbook works out:
- Fees: selling price times the fee rate, plus the fixed fee.
- Net proceeds: selling price minus fees.
- Profit: net proceeds minus item cost.
The samples sell a ₱150 item that costs ₱75 through three channels. An own-site sale at 3% plus ₱5 earns ₱65.50. A marketplace sale at 12% plus ₱5 earns ₱52. A direct message sale with no fees earns ₱75. Rows 6 to 8 are the samples. Rows 9 to 25 take more channels or more items. Clear the samples first.
Who it is for
Sellers who sell the same item on a website, a marketplace and by message, and want to see which channel pays best. Replace every sample fee with the terms on your own account. The fee rate is a percentage of the selling price. The fixed fee is per item.
Not sure what price to set? Start with the handmade pricing sheet.
Before you buy
Digital download only; no physical product is shipped. Open the workbook in Microsoft Excel. Google Sheets import has not yet been verified. Sample rates and amounts are examples, not current market prices or tax advice. You may use and edit your copy for personal or business work; do not resell or redistribute the source workbook. Questions or a custom version? Message Stak Maker.
Are the sample fee rates real?
No. They are examples. Platform fees change, so enter the rates from your own account.
Does it handle many items at once?
It checks one item per row. Use one row per channel for a single item, or one row per item for a single channel.
