What you get
One original .xlsx workbook and a README guide in a ZIP file. Sample entries show how it works; replace the amber cells with your own information.
What it helps with
Translate guest count and spare allowance into units to make.
What is inside
One sheet, one row per favor type. You enter the guest count, pieces per guest, a spare rate, and how many pieces you have already made. The workbook shows:
- Required pieces: guests times pieces per guest times one plus the spare rate, rounded up to a whole piece.
- To make: required pieces minus pieces already made.
The samples cover a wedding tag order (80 guests, 10% spare, 20 already made, 68 left to make), debut keychains (120 guests, 5% spare) and conference badges (45 guests, 2 each, 10% spare). Rows 6 to 8 are samples, and rows 9 to 25 are free for more favor types. Clear the samples first.
Who it is for
Event planners, school and office teams, and makers quoting a batch of souvenirs or giveaways. Add one row for each favor type, so a debut with keychains and tags is two rows. The workbook does not estimate production time or guarantee delivery.

Before you buy
Digital download only; no physical product is shipped. Open the workbook in Microsoft Excel. Google Sheets import has not yet been verified. Sample rates and amounts are examples, not current market prices or tax advice. You may use and edit your copy for personal or business work; do not resell or redistribute the source workbook. Questions or a custom version? Message Stak Maker.
Why add a spare rate?
Pieces get lost, damaged or given to late guests. The samples use 5% and 10%. You choose the rate.
Does it round up?
Yes. Required pieces always round up to a whole piece.
