What is in the pack

Fifty clear acrylic circles, 2 mm thick, in one size per pack. Choose 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 or 3 inch. Choose with a keyring hole or no hole. We cut them on our 80 W CO2 laser in our studio. A protective film covers both faces.

Why 2 mm

The 2 mm acrylic is thinner and lighter than our 3 mm blanks. It suits keychains that hang on a bag, badges, ornaments and cards, where weight matters. It flexes a little more, so for large circles with no support, 3 mm may feel sturdier.

Which size?

• 1 inch is 25 mm across.
• 1.5 inch is 38 mm.
• 2 inch is 51 mm.
• 2.5 inch is 64 mm.
• 3 inch is 76 mm.

Small sizes suit charms and keychains. Larger sizes leave more room for a picture or a name.

What you can make

Keychains with rings and tassels. Drawing, carving and stickers. Small-batch crafts and giveaways. For ideas and steps, read DIY acrylic keychains.

Care

Keep the film on until your design is ready. Wipe finished pieces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid alcohol and solvent cleaners on acrylic. Scratches show on clear acrylic, so store the blanks flat.

Do the circles have holes?

Your choice. Pick “With hole” for a keyring hole, or “No hole” for a plain circle.

Do you also sell a smaller pack?

Yes. A pack of 10 in 2 inch is at acrylic circle blanks 2 mm, 10 pieces.
