Shipping & pickup
The short version
- We ship to every region of the Philippines, or you can pick up free in Makati.
- Orders over ₱1,500 ship free.
- Personalized items take 2 to 4 business days to make, plus courier time.
- We email your tracking number as soon as the courier has your parcel.
- Report damage within 7 days with photos. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded.
- Reshipping after a wrong address or failed delivery needs a new shipping fee.

Areas we serve
Everything is made in our workshop in Makati City. Pickup in Makati is free, by appointment. We deliver across Metro Manila, including Taguig and BGC, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Manila, Quezon City, Pasay and Parañaque, and to every province by J&T Express and LBC. In Metro Manila, same-day delivery by Lalamove or Grab can be arranged on request, with the rider fee paid by you.
Shipping fees
Your shipping fee is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, using the rates above. Free shipping is based on the order total before shipping. Very large or heavy bulk orders may need a separate courier quote, and we will tell you before you pay.
Couriers we use
We ship through trusted couriers such as J&T Express and LBC for provincial and nationwide deliveries. In Metro Manila, same-day delivery through services such as Lalamove or Grab can be arranged on request, with the rider fee paid by you.
How long it takes
Delivery time is production time plus courier transit time. Production starts once your payment is confirmed. Times below are estimates in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Add the two together for your arrival estimate. Need it by a specific date, such as a birthday or event? Message us on Messenger before ordering and we will tell you if it is possible.
Local pickup
Choose “Free pickup — Makati” at checkout to skip the shipping fee. Pickup is in Makati City, Metro Manila, by appointment only. When your order is ready, we message you to set a time and share the exact pickup address. Please bring your order number.
Tracking your order
We email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. You can also check your order status on our Track order page or in your account.
Failed deliveries
Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody received it after the courier’s attempts, we will contact you. Reshipping needs a new shipping fee.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the item before throwing anything away, and tell us within 7 days. We recommend recording an unboxing video. See our Returns & Refunds page for what happens next.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, message us on Messenger and we will follow up with the courier. If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or refund you.
