What you get
One original .xlsx workbook and a README guide in a ZIP file. Sample entries show how it works; replace the amber cells with your own information.
What it helps with
Check collection and shipping contribution before dispatch.
What is inside
One sheet, one row per order about to go out. You enter the order ID, the balance still owed for the goods, the shipping you charged, the carrier cost and the packaging cost. The workbook shows:
- Collect: the item balance plus the shipping charged. This is what you collect from the buyer.
- Shipping contribution: shipping charged minus carrier cost and packaging. A negative number means you paid part of the shipping yourself.
In the samples, one order charges ₱120 for shipping against ₱90 carrier cost and ₱15 packaging, so it contributes ₱15. Another charges ₱220 but costs ₱260, so it shows minus ₱40. Rows 6 to 8 are samples. Rows 9 to 25 are free for your own orders. Clear the samples first.
Who it is for
Sellers who ship by courier and want to know whether the shipping fee they quote covers what they pay. It also shows how much to collect from the buyer, because the Collect column adds the goods balance to the shipping.
Before you buy
Digital download only; no physical product is shipped. Open the workbook in Microsoft Excel. Google Sheets import has not yet been verified. Sample rates and amounts are examples, not current market prices or tax advice. You may use and edit your copy for personal or business work; do not resell or redistribute the source workbook. Questions or a custom version? Message Stak Maker.
Does it set my shipping fee?
No. It checks a fee you already charge against your real costs. Enter your own carrier rates.
Is it the same as Stak Maker’s shipping policy?
No. The workbook uses sample numbers only. Our own delivery zones and fees are on the shipping policy page.
