- Check the spelling. We make it exactly as you type it. If something looks off, we’ll message you before production.
- Keep names short on small items like keychains.
- Pick contrasting colours so the name is easy to read.
- Order early for weddings and big events, at least 2 weeks ahead.
Delivery and pickup
Shipping is ₱120 in Metro Manila, ₱180 for the rest of Luzon and ₱220 for Visayas and Mindanao. Orders over ₱1,500 ship free. Pickup in Makati City is free, by appointment. See Shipping & pickup.

How long does a personalized gift take?
Most are made in 2-4 business days after payment. Courier delivery adds 1-3 days in Metro Manila and up to 7 days for Visayas and Mindanao.
Can I see my design before you make it?
Yes. Personalize shows a live preview of your name and colours. We make it exactly as you type it. If something looks off, we’ll message you before production.
Can I order different names in one batch?
Yes. Send the list of names through Souvenirs & giveaways and we make each piece with its own name, from 30 pieces.
Where can I buy personalized gifts in Makati?

Can I return a personalized gift?
